Unconditinal Love

I just saw my August recap on Instagram. The top performing post reads “What is unconditional love? Are it actions we see? Is it a feeling we feel? Or is it the relationship we have with ourselves?” I wonder why. Does everyone want unconditional love in this conditional world? I know the answer is yes because who doesn’t? While we are all on the search for it outside of us, from another human, a dog, a cat, etc., have we stopped and looked within and asked, wait, what about the love or relationship I have with myself? How much love and how many conditions are there in this relationship? 

As my woo woo self would say right now: as within, so without. What do these four words mean? Your outside world, i.e. your 3D reality, reflects what is going on inside of you. So, no matter if you love or hate your 3D reality right now, you created it consciously or unconsciously. That’s a tough pill to swallow, especially if you don’t like what you see. I get it. I didn’t like all aspects of my life when I started my healing, or I like to call my remembering journey. There was a lot that was missing from my life. Things I pushed back because now is not the right time. Is there ever a right time for anything? 

What can I do? I know you are asking because everyone wants a play-by-play. Well, I am not going to give you one because I am not you.  I am not living your life. What I will do is point you to a starting point. Pick one area in your life and start taking full responsibility for what it is now, then move on to another area. So on and so forth. Here is the truth: if you can create it, you can uncreate it. I am not saying go in with a wrecking ball to take the whole house down on day one. I am saying start small, start with one small thing. Don’t pull out the list and stick a hundred and one things on it. Start with literally one small thing for your body, mind or soul with unconditional love. The kind of unconditional love you say you want from other people or beings. Give it to yourself now. You are unconditional love.
